The Moon Deck Essentials

Who and What?

We are a small, self-published, startup business working on a daily basis to make each step of The Moon Deck creation as conscious as possible. We're learning and building from the ground up and appreciate your support, patience, and feedback. 


The Moon Deck is printed on FSC-certified paper using plant-based ink. The Moon Box is our handmade wood box crafted by our box maker in India who we have worked closely with since 2015 to get it just right. 


Because the wood box is handmade, each box is unique and one of a kind. Each box may slightly vary in color, wood grain, and/or shape. Please trust that your box chose you and is the perfect home for your deck. We have worked with our box maker very closely to ensure its beauty and charm.

What are my Moon Deck order options?

You can view all of our Moon Deck offerings HERE. We are always brainstorming new ways to deepen the connections within our community and enhance the healing magic of the deck so stay tuned for more Moon Deck additions!

If you need to purchase additional cards or the guidebook due to damage or loss, please email us at: info@themoondeck.com and let us know. A single card replacement is $5 and a guidebook replacement is $20. 


Shipping

Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please enter all of your information before making the final payment. You will then see your total which will include The Moon Deck + shipping and handling fees. We ship from New York to the US, Canada, and Internationally. Shipping rates vary depending on your location. 

Because The Moon Deck comes in a handmade wooden box with a full set of cards + guidebook, this oracle deck is a little heavier in shape and size compared to most card decks and is reflected in the shipping fees. As we grow, we are doing our best to find other options and the least expensive ways to ship globally.


How can I track my package?

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your Moon Deck is packed and ready to be shipped you will receive a second email letting you know it's on its way! This email will include a link to track your package. However, the tracking link will not work for international orders that have not purchased premium shipping.  

The Moon Deck is not responsible for any packages that are stolen or lost once we have proof of delivery.  


International Shipping

Recipients of international orders are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.  Please note that customs may hold packages and, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in those situations. Customers are responsible for any fees customs may charge. The Moon Deck is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the United States. 

In order to keep 'Standard Shipping' costs as low as possible for our customers, we send our standard packages by priority mail. Unfortunately, this means that your package will not come with tracking information.

'Premium Shipping' options are available for select countries for a higher fee. If your shipping country is one of these countries there will be an option for 'Premium Shipping' upon check out (please type in your address at check-out to see if it applies). This will ensure that you can track your package. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with orders that are sent back to us due to refusal to pay a customs fee or because of an insufficient address. Please see the "Return-to-Sender" section below for more details.

Contact us if you still have not received your international order after 35 days.

Entered the wrong shipping address?

Email info@themoondeck.com immediately with the subject “ADDRESS CHANGE” and we will do our best to correct your information. If your package was already sent out and you do not receive your order, we will not replace your order free of charge , so please enter your address carefully. 
 


Returns

What is your return policy?

The Moon Deck accepts returns, but your return cannot be used and must be in its original condition and shipped back in its original packaging within one week of when you receive your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will process your refund. Please note that customers who enter incorrect shipping addresses or refuse delivery due to customs or other shipping fees will receive their refund minus any "return-to-sender" fees imposed by the shipping company once the order is returned to us. 

If you need to make a return, please email us at info@themoondeck.com. Be sure to include: your order number, full name, original shipping address, and reason for return in your email. Your return must have a postmark date that is within seven days of when your package was delivered to you.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement. 


Can I return my Moon Deck even though I purchased it from another store or website?

No, this is not possible unfortunately. Please contact the store or website from which you purchased The Moon Deck. 


Return-to-sender

If orders are returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the order can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense including any "return-to-sender" fees imposed by the shipping company.  Alternatively, we can refund the customer for the cost of the deck minus any shipping charges and "return to sender" fees imposed by the shipping company. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please email info@themoondeck.com with the subject “CANCEL ORDER” and we will try our best to cancel your order before it ships. If the order has already been processed and shipped, then we cannot cancel it. Contact us immediately to avoid this.

How do I become a wholesale partner?

Events + Teachings

Do you offer special Moon Deck events, workshops, or collaborations for special occasions? 

Yes! We offer intuitive Moon Deck oracle readings, 'how-to' Moon Deck workshops, and 'Word Weaving' classes with Moon Deck author, Aarona Lea. We also have some new Moon Deck products unfolding, as well as handmade art by Moon Deck illustrator, Andi Keh, coming out soon. We can advance-order any offering for a special occasion and look forward to creating a unique Moon Deck oracle experience for you and your community.
