We are a small, self-published, startup business working on a daily basis to make each step of The Moon Deck creation as conscious as possible. We're learning and building from the ground up and appreciate your support, patience, and feedback.
The Moon Deck is printed on FSC-certified paper using plant-based ink. The Moon Box is our handmade wood box crafted by our box maker in India who we have worked closely with since 2015 to get it just right.
Because the wood box is handmade, each box is unique and one of a kind. Each box may slightly vary in color, wood grain, and/or shape. Please trust that your box chose you and is the perfect home for your deck. We have worked with our box maker very closely to ensure its beauty and charm.

If you need to purchase additional cards or the guidebook due to damage or loss, please email us at: email@example.com and let us know. A single card replacement is $5 and a guidebook replacement is $20.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please enter all of your information before making the final payment. You will then see your total which will include The Moon Deck + shipping and handling fees. We ship from New York to the US, Canada, and Internationally. Shipping rates vary depending on your location.
Because The Moon Deck comes in a handmade wooden box with a full set of cards + guidebook, this oracle deck is a little heavier in shape and size compared to most card decks and is reflected in the shipping fees. As we grow, we are doing our best to find other options and the least expensive ways to ship globally.
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your Moon Deck is packed and ready to be shipped you will receive a second email letting you know it's on its way! This email will include a link to track your package. However, the tracking link will not work for international orders that have not purchased premium shipping.
The Moon Deck is not responsible for any packages that are stolen or lost once we have proof of delivery.
Recipients of international orders are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. Please note that customs may hold packages and, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in those situations. The Moon Deck is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the United States.
In order to keep 'Standard Shipping' costs as low as possible for our customers, we send our standard packages by priority mail. Unfortunately, this means that your package will not come with tracking information.
'Premium Shipping' options are available for select countries for a higher fee. If your shipping country is one of these countries there will be an option for 'Premium Shipping' upon check out (please type in your address at check-out to see if it applies). This will ensure that you can track your package.

The Moon Deck accepts returns, but your return cannot be used and must be in its original condition and shipped back in its original packaging within one week of when you receive your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will process your refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. If you need to make a return, please email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include: your order number, full name, original shipping address, and reason for return in your email. Your return must have a postmark date that is within seven days of when your package was delivered to you.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.
