Former yoga teacher and wellness guide of 16 years turned full time biz owner, writer, faciltator, creator, and forever seeker - Aarona Leá helps to demystify intuition, ritual, and emotional health. What began as a need for survival, eventually became a passion turned profession. Her early curiosity in healing and spirit led her on a life-long journey of study, practice, and ritual where she explored the shadowy depths of healing trauma, recovered from chronic cycles of bulimia, and continues to help normalize conversations around emotional and spiritual health. Her personal and professional development has been informed by 25+ years of various healing modalities, yoga, alternative therapies, the arts, interdisciplinary spiritual study from around the world, and lots of experimenting. Rose Miller
Wearer of Many Hats / Social Media / Brand Collaboration
Rose has a deep love for collaboration, creativity, community + connection. She has a humble desire to serve + spread love. Born in Las Vegas, Rose made her way to San Diego for school + the beach life where she received her Communications + Spanish degree from The University of San Diego. This is when her spiritual journey began after the death of a close one. She pursued her fascination with mental health & wellbeing and received her certification in Integrative Health with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as well as a certification in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
When not dancing under the stars at festivals, Rose uses her uncanny ability to seamlessly weave a group of individuals into a common purpose with a communicative plan. These gifts are demonstrated in the events, festivals, gatherings and meetings she has produced and participated in from the ground-floor up. She is ECSTATIC to be able to share the things that are so important to her in her roles with The Moon Deck.

Operations Manager / Backend Wiz / Wholesale
Sidney is our Operations and Wholesale Manager wearing many hats. He comes to The Moon Deck with experience managing teams and marketing campaigns. He has a background in start-ups, operations, and marketing strategy. He is fueled by a passion of learning, culture, and growth. He studied CompSci at Clemson University and Institut Polytechnique de Paris.
Sidney believes mindfulness and open communication in the workplace are keys to success! His interests are cooking, traveling, and connecting with close-knit friends and family as often as possible.
