Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Please be sure you read and agree with the following terms and conditions to ensure working with The Moon Deck would be a good fit for your business.
- You must have a valid federal tax ID number (domestic companies only)
- You must provide your resale certification (as well as a copy if you are in NY // International customers can disregard this).
- You agree to sell all The Moon Deck products at or above our minimum advertising price (MAP)
- You may not rename or otherwise change the name of any of The Moon Deck products
- You may not resell The Moon Deck products to another retailer or any commerce website not approved by The Moon Deck
- All online retailers must have an active URL
- You may not use assets from any Moon Deck website without prior, written permission
- You may not reproduce The Moon Deck in any way - including, but not limited to, the guidebook, cards and box
- You may not sell The Moon Deck products on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, or any commerce website not approved by The Moon Deck.
- We prohibit wholesale accounts from bidding on our trademark term “The Moon Deck” as a google adword. This does not prevent a business from having a strong digital presence and does not limit the effectiveness of any strategic marketing campaign with high integrity. It does effectively protect our trademark and presence on google.
- We do not license out our trademark in any way. If you are in violation of this, legal action will be taken.
- Invoices are due upon receipt. Product will not be shipped until payment is received unless alternative terms & conditions have been agreed upon.
Please respect these policies or your account will be frozen pending investigation and resolution or legal action will be taken. We retain the right to end our wholesale relationship with any retailer at any time. MAP for ‘The Moon Deck Box Set’ is 78 USD, MAP for ‘The Moon Deck’ is 44 USD, and MAP for 'Spirit Animal Notebook Pack" is 25 USD.
Invoices are due upon receipt. Product will not be shipped until payment is received unless alternative terms & conditions have been agreed upon. In the event that The Moon Deck agrees to alternative payment terms, The Moon Deck retains the right to end any wholesale relationship with any retailer if they do not adhere to the payment terms that are agreed upon.
We are not able to supply product samples free of charge. We can provide (1) sample box set per wholesale customer for $39.00 for ‘The Moon Deck Box Set’ and $22 for ‘The Moon Deck’ with the purchase of a standard wholesale Moon Deck Box Set or Moon Deck order. A standard order is 12 or more decks. Customers ordering a combination of 10 or more of each of our deck types (wood box and paper box) are eligible for a sample of each deck type.
Goods typically ship 2-3 business days from when you submit payment.
Shipping & Handling
In addition to the cost of the product, there are shipping & handling costs and these costs are passed on to you, the customer. Upon placing an order, you will be emailed an invoice which will include shipping & handling charges. We will send your order out to your shipping address once the invoice is paid.
Please note that you are responsible for accurately listing your shipping information and updating us with any changes that may occur over the lifetime of your account. Any shipments returned to The Moon Deck due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped but the customer is responsible for additional secondary shipping charges as well as the costs from the initial shipment.
International orders ship via FedEx or DHL and you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by The Moon Deck.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We value our relationship with you and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return The Moon Deck product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes and fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided. For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. Product returns paid for by check will receive an account credit.
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
'The Moon Deck' may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. Please note it is up to the Buyer to check merchandise upon delivery for any defects, and to let us know immediately.
To return a product, email us at email@example.com and give a detailed description of your reason for return and include your order’s invoice number. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.
We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
When shipping products back to us, forward Amoona LLC/The Moon Deck a copy and retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so that all parties can track the shipment. Email tracking information to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Products returned more than (14) days from their original delivery date will not be refunded.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all products returned to cover costs to our shipping and handling team, except in cases due to an error in processing or shipping, or if the product is defective.
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing us right away at email@example.com, and grant us 48 hours to get back to you. We will then either issue a credit or send a replacement product at no charge.
